Seashell Picking in Charleston-{charleston sc adventures}

When we first moved to Charleston, my husband and I use to walk the beaches and find shells all the time. I remember we always had luck at Sullivans Island. The kids and I ventured there early one morning recently and we didn’t have the best of luck but we did find one big beautiful Sand dollar and a perfectly intact conch shell.

We went to station 24 where we had no trouble finding parking and the walkway was a wooden boardwalk right to the beach. I have always loved Sullivans island. The waves are very minimal, but the beach is huge, especially at low tide, and I just love the way it feels and you always have plenty of space to yourself.

We will try Folly next for sharks teeth.
