MEATBALLS-{2 Recipes}

TWO Meatball Recipes you’re sure to love.

Serve either with homemade mashed potatoes or alone as an appetizer!

1. Crock Pot Whiskey Meatballs(Game Day Meatballs):


2 bags frozen meatballs(2 lbs)

1 cup ketchup

1 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup bourbon or whiskey(I used Jameson Irish Whiskey)

2 tsp lemon juice

2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

Cook on HIGH in crockpot for 2 hours!

2. Pineapple BBQ Meatballs


2 bags frozen meatballs(2 lbs/20-24ct.)

1 bottle sweet baby rays Hawaiian BBQ sauce

1 jar diced pineapple(drained)

Combine all in Crock Pot and cook on HIGH for 2 hours or cook it slow on low all day.

Mashed Potatoes:


Yukon Gold Potatoes(these are da best)

Heaping spoon of butter and milk as needed.

Peel and Cut potatoes.

Boil  until soft, drain, mash and stir in butter and milk as needed.

Serve Immediately
